What Matters!!

Beginning is just fine;
the end is what that matters!
Leaf is good as green;
as gray on the floor clatters...
You tell me love begins;
when you least expect!
and at peak when it gets;
it jumps off and shatters...
In the past I deal;
and in the same I dwell!
when I try to begin;
new page always flutters...
I am standing on the grave;
of the love I buried long ago!
but my heart doesn't accept the truth;
and of old glory it flatters...
Don't say that you didn't know;
I daresay you knew it all along!
that the beginning was an illusion;
And the end is what that matters!!!
